Cancellation Policy

The receipt of the confirmation email also constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. Please look over the details of your reservation carefully to be sure it is correct. If you see an error, send us an email or call with corrections as soon as possible.

POLICIES

Because we have a limited number of cabins and fill up quickly, please understand that we cannot hold a reservation without a deposit.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS: 50% of your entire stay with the balance due on arrival. We take, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Same Day Reservations will be paid in full. An email must be provided to complete the reservation*

PHONE RESERVATIONS: If a reservation is made by phone, an email MUST be provided to complete the reservation. Keep in mind, same day reservations are paid in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel 30 days or more prior to your arrival, you will receive your deposit back less $50.00 cancelation fee (per cabin). Reservation deposits MUST BE refunded to the same credit card used in making the reservation. This policy is to aid in prevention of credit card fraud.*

If you cancel 29 to 4 days prior to arrival, your deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-book the reserved cabin(s) for ALL dates which it was originally reserved. If we are able to re-book the cabin the deposit will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee (per cabin). Reservation deposits MUST BE refunded to the same credit card used in making the reservation to aid in prevention of credit card fraud.*

If you cancel 3 days or less prior to arrival: You will be responsible for 100% of your intended stay. This amount will be refunded less the $50.00 cancellation fee (per cabin) if we are able to re-book your cabin for ALL of the nights of your stay.*

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MULTIPLE CABINS AND LARGE GROUPS: 50% deposit required with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. (The deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook all cabins for your intended dates of stay.) If the cabins are cancelled within 30 days of your arrival, a refund, (minus a $50 cancellation fee for each cabin,) is only available if we are able to rebook all cabins for all nights of stay.*

*Please note that these cancellation policies also apply to uncontrollable natural events.

ALTERATIONS TO RESERVATIONS: If you alter your reservation within 10 days of arrival, there will be a $50 change fee assessed to your current reservation for partial cancelation of night(s) initially reserved. There is no change fee for extending number of nights reserved.

ADDITIONAL GUEST: An additional charge of $15.00 per day, per guest will be applied for each additional guest exceeding the cabin capacity limit. Children over the age of 6 will be counted as adults. Absaroka Mountain Lodge reserves the right to deny any reservation request for additional guest that exceed the cabin capacity limit.
